The second house that we looked at we fell in love with, and Robert almost always returned phone calls and e-mails within 10 minutes. He's very knowledgeable about the real estate market in the areas in and around Chico and is obviously passionate about his work. I took a job in Chico, came out ahead of the rest of my family. I was introduced to Robert through some friends at my new job, he came highly recommended. I think he showed me all of Chico. I had lots of time after work as my family had not made the move yet, and he was always ready to go. I saw every home I wanted to see and ton's of great areas, but when we went out to the house on Augusta I knew we found my families next home. I was looking into refinancing my home but felt like we were just a number to the big financing companies, I had questions and the bean counters were only looking to make a normal, "cookie cutter sale". Knowing Robert is well connected in Chico, I asked him if he could help me find the best refinance company in our area. Not only did he introduce me to a great finance company, he also was very helpful with advice and encouragement as I was not quite sure of the steps I needed to take for my circumstances. Robert also went the extra mile and recommended a 'handy man' that was critical in preparing our home for the dreadful appraisal.
