I hired Robert Leary to help me sell my co-op in Fort Totten. I hired him because he had experience selling in my building and he was incredibly responsive and personable from our first interaction. Robert went above and beyond to help ready my unit for sale. He referred me to a reliable contractor and staging company. Through the process, Robert was available via email/text/phone and always had answers to my questions. He kept me informed of showings, he followed up with buyer agents to see if gauge their client’s interest and field questions. He really hustled by hosting several open houses. All of this may be a “meets expectations” for another broker but for me, this was exceeds expectations because I am not based in DC. Right through the closing, Robert was a valuable resource. I would not have been able to sell my unit as easily if I had not had Robert as my agent.
