Rob is an excellent realtor. As a first time homebuyer I knew nothing and Rob helped me understand every step. In this crazy market we were number 2 (out of 17) on our first bid, and we won our 2nd bid. He helped us see the different construction options and could quickly identify what work each house would need. Rob is patient, supportive, knowledgeable, and a good communicator.

Robert was my real estate agent for the recently bought home. He was professional, organized, knowledgeable and overall fun guy.
I was looking for vacation home within 2 hour distance radius, so we had to travel quite a distance every weekend to look at houses and Robert was always willing to travel that far to show us what we want. It took us 4 trips to find the right house and every time Robert listened to our feedback and we were getting closer and closer to what we are looking for in every trip. He was able to quickly schedule showings and re-arrange schedule if needed. Always flexible and accommodating. And always quick to respond to my texts. When I had some doubts his advice helped to make decisions. I certainly recommend Robert.

Rob came recommended to us by a friend who had worked with him earlier this year. My husband and I were relocating from out of state with very little knowledge of Connecticut. Rob was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, kind, and ultimately helped us find the perfect home for our growing family.

Though my husband and I spent spent hours on the MLS daily, Rob was the one that ultimately found our house, got us booked for the first showing - the first day on the market, and help us write a competitive offer that the sellers accepted right away.

My son also took a great liking to Rob aka "the guy that drives behind us" and after the closing, Rob dropped some gifts by for the family, and for my son to enjoy. Very classy guy. Thanks, Rob!

Amazing what fate brings us- We had decided we were going to sell our house in Westchester that we raised our 4 children in and move to CT. We saw a house that we were interested in and called the realtor from Zillow and we hit the jackpot! We connected with “Rob the Realtor “ (Robert Leonard) and we took the plunge! After our first meeting with him, we knew this was THEE GUY!!! Rob was easygoing, funny, knowledgeable (especially in the COVID market) and put us at ease with the whole process right from the get-go! He listened to what we were looking for in the sale of our house, priced the house right, gave us good tips for showing the house and most importantly got the right photographer. His photographer took beautiful photos of our house along with a video and drone shots that ultimately ended up selling our house at the right price from people out of state within 2 weeks! Rob then took us house shopping in CT and appeared to be just as invested in finding the right one for us and we were. Rob knew our top 10 punch list and found us the house that we’ll be closing on shortly! We were able to sell and buy a new house in just over 2 months thanks to our fabulous realtor! And as an added bonus- Rob has a guy for everything you need which makes the process a whole lot easier and stress free! And so far all of his referrals have been wonderful! Rob jokes that he’s going to pop by out new house to jump in the pool- he’s certainly welcome ANYTIME!!! Highly recommend Rob Leonard for all your real estate needs!

Rob was very professional and always there with the right information when I needed it. He was able to get me in houses quickly which in today’s market was key to actually finding our home. Hecc bc as also very knowledgeable about things inside the homes, being a first time buyer this was very helpful. He was very layering and walked me through the process. Would highly recommend Rob to a Family member or Friend and to me there is nothing better than a first hand recommendation.
