Robert’s career includes a five year stay with a top franchise company where he ranked in the top 1% of the company. It was during his stay with the larger company that he built an elite sales team focused on excellence of service and profitability by using highly efficient systems, processes and cutting edge technology. He’s also served in the leadership, management, coaching and sales training for an office of over 150 Broker Associates.

Robert inherently knew there was a better way to conduct business. He and his team believed in a company based upon culture emphasizing long-term relationships and focused on building and retaining talent. In 2017, Robert took his top performing sales team, systems and technology independent to form Licher Real Estate Group.

When Robert’s not running his real estate business, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children. Hiking and playing music are two of his favorite hobbies in addition to reading, going on historic Denver walking tours and community involvement.
