Robert Matasic was a superior real estate professional. He knew that our house would sell quickly, at above the asking price and he was correct. He had helpful suggestions on staging our house for sale. If I were to need another agent in the Ogden area, I would go to him immediately. I can recommend him without reservation.

Robert is by far THE most professional and responsive Realtor we have encountered in the entire state of Utah. When we were unable to get in touch with a listing agent to initiate contact and ask questions regarding a property we were interested in, by GOOD fortune we found Robert after reading numerous reviews on Zillow. The majority of Realtors we have encountered do NOT answer their phones or return emails, but Robert sure does with intention and appropriate research. Have you encountered the same perplexing dilemma? One listing agent we did finally speak to was obviously part-time, she was in the check-out line at the supermarket with her kids screaming in the background and it was chaos ~ needless to say, we weren't able to communicate whatsoever. WOW!!! If you want to deal with a FULL TIME real estate PROFESSIONAL, Robert Matasic is your man. His responsiveness to our property inquiry was lightening fast and he arranged everything for us since we were planning a trip from another state and wanted to maximize our time. He answers his phone and returns emails! You would think this is common in business, however, not with the majority of lazy part-time Realtors whom don't have a clue or even suspect with regard to their own listing much less capable of high level negotiations or complex relocation. You need a Realtor you can TRUST and depend on to represent YOUR interests and we have not encountered anyone better than Robert in purchasing real estate over the past four decades. He's a breath of fresh air!!!! He is a TRUE 'BUYERS REPRESENTATIVE' in every way and will help YOU to realize YOUR dreams of finding the perfect home! He is also licensed in both Utah and Arizona!

Rob was absolutely great to work with. He was very detailed, from the maps of the properties we looked at, to the comps for the homes we were interested in. He was flexible and able to work with our timeline. He helped us negotiate with a FSBO, and we were even able to move our closing date a day earlier to accommodate our movers arriving. Not only was Rob very professional, but he is very personable and we enjoyed working with him greatly! He was instrumental in helping us to buy our dream home.

We would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking for a top-notch realtor. We were buying long-distance from another state, so we needed a realtor who would make the most of our house hunting trip and be able to help us navigate the process from afar. Rob did not disappoint in this category! He was organized, thorough and really listened to what our needs and desires were in our home search. He was patient through a lending process that became complicated and even fielded and made phone calls and emails on his vacation trying to help us. He is knowledgeable, professional, honest and friendly. We are so pleased with the home he helped us find, and we will happily refer him to any of our friends and family!

My husband and I came to Ogden in December 2014. We are considering a move to Ogden and needed someone to help us get 'the lay of the land' and get a feel for the housing market. Rob is the best there is. This was our first home buying experience and he walked us through every step and explained everything in great detail. We always felt like he had our back and was looking out for us. He always answers his phone and will schedule a showing super quickly! We appreciated his honesty and how much knowledge he has about homes and what could be easy fixes or what we wouldn't want to deal with. He was super patient with is even though we were very particular. He fought so hard to get us such a great deal and made sure everything was taken care of. Everyone else we dealt with in the process: our mortgage broker, the inspector, etc. made comments about how Rob is one of the good guys! And he truly is! Our parents were house hunting the same time we were and their Realator was horrible! We feel lucky that our first home buying experience was in such good hands. We are really excited about our house! But will miss our awesome Realator! :)

Rob was amazing! I talked to 5 Realtors before I chose Rob. He was so thorough and took the time to get to know my wife and I and what we were truly looking for. We came from a vastly different market and he took the interest and time to help us understand the market here in the Ogden region. Thanks to his awesome negotiating skills we got a beautiful house and he got the owners to throw in a lot of extras, including a $4,000 pool table!!! We could not be more pleased with him and his service.

Rob was very helpful in getting us our house. He worked well with us in seeing multiplererties and was quick to get us set up with an automatically updating list of properties in out desired area. He was knowledgable about many of the things we had questions on. He also lives in the area and has personal knowledge about many of the areas we looked at.
