Rob was just awesome from home viewings to closing!
My homebuying process from start to finish was made as simple as possible because of Rob's calm and reassuring attitude. Very soon after I contacted Damico, Rob scheduled a meeting with me and went through the whole homebuying experience with me so that I was aware of what to expect.

He made sure we stayed in my price range and helped us make an offer that was accepted right away. Of course, he was also very blunt when he though I was being unreasonable with my expectations, which I needed. He worked with me on my board package and got an amazing lawyer to work with me. If that wasn't enough, he also got me the necessary contacts to get my home ready for moving day!
