As my second Life career I became licensed in the State of Maryland and Commonwealth of Virginia in 2009. Since that time I have been involved in over $250,000,000 in real estate transactions from a $28.2 million Land Transaction in Greenbelt MD to a $2000 off water building lot I can honestly say I have had the most wonderful experiences on a wide array of deals. The commercial world taught me a great deal about finance, Investor thinking about things like ROI along with Strategy/market awareness of people buying and selling real estate. I am a 4th generation from here and love this peaceful yet vibrant area of the world. My wife and I moved to Heathsville on the Northern Neck full time in 2015, I became a member of Fairfields Volunteer Fire Department in 2017 and it's President in 2023 - present. I have been working with a local group of RE professionals over that span but decided to create a new, more client driven, full service brokerage of my own with fresh ideas.
