About Robert

Born and raised in Castro Valley, he loved this town and its surrounding communities. This was a primary reason he decided to become a Realtor in the East Bay. After graduating from Sonoma State University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, he gravitated back to the East Bay where he could use his local knowledge as a resource for people looking to buy or sell their homes. He began working with RE/MAX in 2007, joined Intero Real Estate Services in 2016 and had successfully completed hundreds of transactions since then. A good realtor needs a passion to help others, which he was proud he first saw modeled in his family. Named Robert Keith Pace III after his father and grandfather, he carried their legacy of hard work, loyalty and dedication. And from his mother, who worked her way from secretary to sole owner of a property management company, he acquired her strength and motivation. She also gave him his first introduction to the real estate industry at a young age. He recognized buying or selling a home is a significant life event that can bring on apprehension or stress. Because of this, he saw himself as his clients’ advocate. He prided himself on thorough communication throughout the process. His experience in negotiating ensured his clients would receive the best deal in their home transaction. He was blessed and thankful for his wife Heather, their son, Robert IV, daughters Chelsea & Emily and their black lab, Olive.
