Robert Sinclair

Robert Sinclair is the Founder, Broker, and President of 100% Real Estate, Inc. He completed his real estate studies at Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. In 1977, Robert opened his first real estate office in Winter Park, FL. This office was the first 100% commission office in Florida, thus the name of the company. 100% Real Estate, Inc. quickly became one of the top selling offices of HUD REO properties. In 1999, HUD decided to privatize the sale of their homes. Based on the sales of his firm, Robert was awarded 63 counties in Florida to serve as the exclusive Broad Listing Broker. Since then, he has been awarded additional areas throughout Florida, Georgia, and Alabama under every HUD contract. When HUD launched their real estate class, Successfully Selling HUD Homes, HUD personally selected Robert to teach all their classes in Florida, New York, and New Jersey. For 17 years, Robert has worked with countless local HUD offices, REALTOR® associations, non-profit organizations, and HUD Housing Counselors to promote HUD homes, homeownership, down payment assistance, and foreclosure prevention. Mr. Sinclair is also a Licensed Florida Contractor, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Seller Representative Specialist, and Accredited Buyer’s Representative.
