We first became aware of Rob through the post cards that he sent out regarding houses that he had recently sold. We got a lot of these post cards which seemed to indicate that he was quite successful so we decided to check out his online reviews. The reviews were overwhelming positive and we wondered whether he was for real. Now we are working with Rob and he is definitely for real! He’s been wonderful to work with as we prepare our house for sale. He skillfully guides you through house selling with a low key approach that helps take the stress out of an otherwise stressful process. Rob is the best of the best seller agent! He is very professional; when you need him, he is always there with a quick response and helpful staff.

We hold our house for the spring market. During the winter, Rob helped a lot to maintain the home, painting, deep cleaning, fixing the problems, and staging the house. We didn't show up, and Rob did everything at a very reasonable cost. He has a team on his back. They can do every kind of job. When Rob called, they showed up quickly and got the job done.

Rob has software to manage shows. We can see feedback from buyer Realtors. That was very helpful. We finally got a fantastic offer on the 4th day we listed and sold the house very smoothly with Rob's management. That was so exciting!

It's the extras that really distinguished Rob. When we had 'distractions,' Rob stepped-in and took care of everything; arranged handyman, fix-up and general clean-up. Just superb! Rob went far above & beyond what one could reasonably expect and just got things done. We are forever grateful to Rob.

Selling a home in the heat of the COVID pandemic made a normally challenging situation much more difficult.
Also, the uniqueness of selling a property in Westborough required selling the location more so than the structure.
To do this the agent really has to have credible knowledge. As well as to qualify the most likely buyers.
Rob proved his expertise and constantly endeavored to get the most likely buyers that would understand and appreciate the value and benefits of the Westborough location.
Too often agents become passive thinking the home will sell itself and/or have the buyer putting so much into the property so as to achieve such. Rob understood the marginal value of doing this for us and directed us to do what was most needed only. Essentially he proved skilled in selling what he had and where it was.
Perhaps what impressed us most were two things. He was at every appointment and truly “showed” the house as opposed to other agents that merely opened the front door to let possible buyers in. Then stood in the hallway on their smartphones while the visitors wandered around the house. Rob presented the property and the town to qualified buyers. The second item was that he always made himself available for communication, even when the topic may not have been pleasant. He never avoided and also was prompt and comprehensive in his responses. In essence his actually answered all of our questions and did so without delay.
Rob is a credit to his profession and I would gladly work with him again should such an opportunity present itself.
