2013 Temecula CA. It was very difficult to sell or buy a house in a depressed housing market in America at that time. Mr.Sumlin stepped in and took charge, after several agents who wanted us to sell at or below market value. They kept telling us, this is all that you're going get in this market at this time,($40-$50,000 below our asking price)so we might as well go ahead and take anything that we can get. A friend told us about Mr. Sumlin, after consulting with him, he figured that we should be able to get at least our asking price and maybe a little more. We were able to sell our house for $30,000 over our asking price. We close the deal and was out of the house in 30 days. He truly saved the day.
