Mr. Weinstock's focus has centered on providing valuation services and analyses of financial, economic, business and valuation issues for clients in a wide array of litigated and non litigated settings since he joined Business Enterprise Appraisal in1984. He has testified as an expert witness before numerous California Superior Courts and Federal Court.
Mr. Weinstock received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Financial Theory from California State University, Northridge as well as a Master of Business Administration Degree. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from the San Fernando Valley College of Law and has been admitted to the California Bar, U.S. District Court and U.S. Tax Court.
He is a designated member of the Institute of Business Appraisers after having passed a comprehensive examination. In addition, he is an attorney member of the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, Ventura and Beverly Hills Bar Associations. He holds a California Real Estate Sales license as well as a California Real Estate Appraisal license.
Mr. Weinstock is currently on the Board of Directors for the San Fernando Valley Estate Planning Council (immediate past President) as well as currently serving on the Executive Committee of the Beverly Hills Bar Association Trusts and Estates Section. In addition, Mr. Weinstock serves as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Superior Court of Ventura County in Departments 21 and S4. He has acted as presiding Judge for in excess of 300 cases, beginning in 2003.
Robert is married to Pam and has two children, Mitchel and Cara. He holds an FAA pilots license, an advanced and mixed air Scuba certificate, and resides in Camarillo.
