As first time home buyers, you don’t know what you don’t know and my wife and I are people that would prefer for someone to break it down Barney style so we can make the best decisions for our family. Rob did that. He was patient and readily available with info no matter the time of day/night. Now, Rob is not your stereotypical or TV realtor. He’s not someone who is only looking to make the best deal for himself or someone who is going to bully another realtor and call it ‘making a deal’. Rob is honest, transparent, and will put in the work (and miles) to get you the home that you’re looking for. Simply put, we like Rob. He’s a good realtor, but even more so, he’s just a great man. My husband's co-worker recommended Rob, along with other agents I was recommended to, when we were ready to buy a house. We gave them all an estimated time we wanted to start looking, but the other agents immediately started calling/emailing with listings almost weekly. Rob waited til we were ready and took his time to get to know exactly what we were looking for, as well items that were negotiable and those that were not. He was there with us every step of the way. Where do I even begin? Robert and his professionalism and efficiency is beyond compare. I did not have the best experience when purchasing our first home over three years ago with a different realtor. We were not really guided, and as first time home owners, this was difficult and stressful. Now that we recently purchased another home, and we hired Robert instead, I am just blown away on what a real realtor is. Robert was extremely knowledgeable on pointing out things that we should ask in our contract, things to consider, and how to approach the seller in aspects that I would not have thought of. We love our new home and there is no way this would have happened without him. He and his team walk you through every step of the process during purchasing, and is on your side for everything and are not just there to collect a paycheck. He would meet us when we need it, and when he found out, for example, that our new homes garage door opener’s were nowhere to be found by the seller, Robert purchased them for us and install them himself. Incredible!
Then when we came to the selling of our first home, again, just blown away. Robert knew how to negotiate, how to be fair, and how to make the process minimally stressful for us. He was able to get us the deal that we wanted, and the comfort that we needed. He guided us extremely well through negotiations and we couldn’t have asked for more. I will never use anyone else.
He is your man to buy, sell, communicate, and to negotiate !!
