I also believe in aggressively marketing my listings, as homes require dedicated time and money to be marketed properly. To demonstrate confidence in my marketing approach I like to offer a reduced listing period. All of my listing clients receive a self-navigated 3D tour (Matterport technology), certified staging, professional photos, and aerial photos and videos of their home to properly market to buyers and agents alike.
