Roberta started Red Bird Real Estate after working for one of the large franchise agencies and realized that the service she could give her clients was paramount to belonging to a large group. By owning a LOCAL real estate company, her team can provide better service, more accessible access, and service their clients more efficiently and professionally. Roberta is originally from Coventry, CT, and lives in Mansfield/Chaplin. She has two children; both are now grown and have homes and careers of their own. Her daughter is a Police Officer, and her son owns Bob's Lawn & Yard, Lawn & Landscape company. Her husband is now Forest Ridge Farm's owner/operator.

She has worked for SNET, then owned and operated a family retail appliance store for 25 years with her husband and family. She wanted to get into the real estate profession and knew if she wanted to succeed, she would have to give it her full attention and be a full-time realtor, which she did and continues to do. She is a professional realtor and Broker Owner of Redbird Real Estate; she strives to do her best for her clients. She enjoys the process of helping people find homes and selling homes.
