After a successful career in interior design and construction in New York City, I became a realtor. That was 14 years ago and I've never looked back. My design and construction background have been valuable assets. I can help with staging homes for sale, identify some construction issues and find solutions, recognize issues before they become problems, and generally guide my buyers and sellers. My specialties are both buyer representation, (buyer's agent), and seller representation, (seller's agent).

I am a versatile, creative thinker and that's exactly what our real estate market requires. I'm an ace negotiator and help my sellers get the best possible price for their properties in the shortest amount of time. I'm no less a strong negotiator for my buyers. In our current market of low inventory there are many instances of multiple offers. I will do my utmost to make sure my buyers are successful in purchasing the home that they want to purchase.

I've been an award winning realtor for many of the years that I've been practicing real estate. I am New York and Connecticut licensed. The counties that I cover are: Dutchess, Putnam, Columbia, Ulster, Orange, and Litchfield and New Haven Counties in Connecticut.
