I worked with Robin twice: The first time she was the selling agent for the condo I bought, and the second time she helped me sell my condo. During the purchase of my condo in 2011, Robin walked me through the contracts (she was working for the developer at the time), and helped me feel comfortable and relaxed as I purchased my first home. She made a potentially scary process feel so easy and fun! When it came time to sell my condo in 2013, I knew I had to work with Robin again. Robin helped me set a great price, explained all the ins and outs of my first home sale, again made me feel comfortable, and was available for my zillions of first-timer questions. Due to her advertising and connections, I received my first offer within days, which I was happy to accept. Then again, she made sure I was happy with all the details and buyers' requests, all the way through closing. I should probably also mention that she helped make this sale happen while I had already moved to California for my job! I am truly trying to express how impressed i was with Robin getting involved with the selling of my house , and since it happened so quick, within 10 days we had a contract , closing within 40 days , all done, and this is after 11 month under for sell by owner. Once Robin got involved she immediately took control of the situation , within 3 days the house was clean , outside was improved , and so much interest from potential clients within the next few days. It is very important to mention Robin's great at communication, very nice and polite with me as the seller as well i am sure with the potential buyers , always responding quickly to text or phone calls . We closed on our home about 2 weeks ago. Robin worked with us patiently for three months to find our perfect house. This included a change of mind on our part, after we submitted a bid on another house. We moved here from another state and did not know the area at all. She understood our budget and priorities as well as some very specific preferences. She absolutely knows the beaches as well as the areas around the inland water way. Her negotiation skills are excellent and she was instrumental in determining the bid for the house we purchased, so it would be within our budget. We have bought quite a few houses, and we have never worked with a realtor as knowledgeable and available as Robin! We live in California, so she had to navigate the purchase through the very different regulations of two states, and she did it perfectly. Whenever we had a question, she got back to its within minutes and walked us through the procedure. She was most definitely our champion and anticipated issues before they occurred.
