Robin Bowers

Robin was fresh out of college when she pursued her passion for Real Estate and have spent the last four decades selling many significant residential and commercial properties. The sale prices of her closed transactions have ranged from $50,000 to $2,000,000 and from older estate homes to new construction. Robin has experience in selling Century 21 Fine Homes and Estates properties in the PA areas of Montgomery, Chester, and Bucks counties. She enjoys working with all types of buyers and sellers, from the relocating/ transferring employee, first time home buyer, downsizing sellers/buyers, and multi-property investors. She feels her knowledge in contracts, inspections, marketing, negotiations, decorating and staging has been an asset in helping her clients find their dream home. Robin is very detail oriented, organized, concise and a great listener. She researches everything and becomes knowledgeable about the properties she is selling and the surrounding communities.

In addition to her PA Broker License, Robin is also a PA Certified General Appraiser and was awarded the Certificate of Excellence for Outstanding Performance in Appraising for the entire Northeast USA. She was also the first female to be awarded the RM designation in the Metropolitan area of Philadelphia.
