About Robin
Robin majored in Journalism at West Virginia University and Business Administration at Salisbury State College, before moving to Ocean City, Maryland, where she spent six years working in and learning the real estate business.
In 1989, Robin was recruited, along with her then fiancée Ray, by an investment group in New York City, to recruit, hire, and train staff to sell a Resort Condominium development on the Caribbean Island of St. Maarten.
After seven years, Robin and Ray were offered the Directorship of the newly converted Oyster Bay Beach Resort, where they were awarded top Sales Management Awards for 1996 and 1997, as Sales Directors for the ‘Fastest-Selling Resort’ in the Caribbean by ARDA International.
In 1998, Robin accepted a position with a Canadian Development firm to head their Sales Administration and Closing Operations for properties in Hilton Head, SC, and Ormond Beach, Fl. This included providing training for their employees in Myrtle Beach, SC, Branson, MO, and Orlando, Fl.
She has a passion for training and formulated a class for recent sales agents conducted to orient new agents and help them through their initial sales experience and increase sales and client retention.
Following a five-year contract with a FEMA contractor in Winchester, Virginia, Robin and her husband Ray relocated to Rehoboth Beach where she accepted a position with Country Life Homes. In 2013, Robin produced sales and sales volume at Woods Cove that placed her in the equivalent of seventh place in the state for those categories among all Delaware Homebuilders.
After selling over 100 homes and condominiums for Country Life Homes as their top Community Sales Manager in Rehoboth and Milford, Robin established her own business and worked for a brief time at Delmarva Resorts Realty before moving to Joe Maggio Realty.
Her local Sussex County name, familiarity with Delaware real estate, experience in homebuilding, and understanding of the needs of clients in resort destinations - makes her the natural choice to assist you in making your next real estate sale or purchase a seamless experience.
Robin lost her husband Ray in 2019, after being partners for 33 years in Real Estate. She was born in Washington, DC, and grew up near Winchester, Virginia. Vacationing in Ocean City and Rehoboth Beach was an annual family tradition.
