Integrity and extreme discretion are two traits Robin promises clients, who represent a wide range of industries from the worlds of finance, entertainment, sports and more. A Connecticut native and longtime Greenwich resident, she credits her grandfather with teaching her that businesses can and should be run with compassion as well as acumen. Whether guiding a client to find their ideal home, listing a well-loved property for sale, or pairing a buyer and seller in a creative way, Robin brings personal warmth and unparalleled analytics to each deal. It shows in her performance: She is consistently ranked among the top real estate professionals in the Greenwich market and places in the top one hundred agents in Connecticut as well as the top 1.5 percent across the U.S.
Today, she makes her professional home at Compass because it allows her to tailor each campaign to the distinct property she is handling. You will never catch Robin offering an ordinary approach. And she is willing to tap into her own margins to ensure it, whether it is employing independent public relations professionals, marketing properties in complementary ways, and engaging a search engine-optimization team to help create her bespoke campaigns. “I like every client to feel like they are my only client,” she says.
Joel, who together with his partner bought a renovated Colonial through Robin at the height of the coronavirus pandemic, said she immediately zeroed-in on the fact that they would be most comfortable within walking distance of downtown Greenwich, given that they were coming from New York City. Unsure how quickly they could sell their city property, Robin found a two-family home that enabled the couple to buy immediately and rent out part of their new place to cover their city expenses. She even found them a renter within 24 hours of closing.
“We love where we live,” Joel said. “We’re very grateful that she was so astute.” Robin’s master’s degree in business administration taught her that every project has a unique goal and a mission. Her command of interior design and historic preservation afford an entirely different advantage when advising buyers and sellers, particularly in the luxury segment.
She is a past chair of Greenwich Historical Society’s Landmark Recognition Program, Think Greenwich, and Friends of Greenwich Harbor. Robin holds a B.A. in philosophy from Georgetown University as well as her MBA from Northwestern University. She is a six-time United States champion in Pro-Am American Smooth ballroom dance.
While Robin focuses on the Greenwich and lower Fairfield County property markets, she also represents specialty properties in other luxury markets.
