Robin and Teri are exceptional. I have never in all of my professional or personal life worked with a team that had so much heart and head around their work. They sold the home to my precious mom Sydney 9 years ago and stayed her friend all these years. They gave me the same passion and professionalism in selling mom’s home- her pride and joy -this year. First rate couple and first rate team. The A-Team for sure.

The Petersons were amazing. We told them what we were looking for and within two days they found us a perfect home. They did a virtual tour for us because we lived in Wisconsin. We put our complete trust in them and purchased the home. They stayed in contact with us weekly to help us threw the process of buying a home in Florida. Wonderful good people. I would highly recommend them.

We had been looking for a home in the Ft. Myers area for a couple years while we were here for our 2 week winter vacations. Some close friends of ours suggested contacting Petersons when we got serious about taking the leap.
Robin made a website available to us so we could look at listings while we were back home allowing us to have a list of homes we wanted to look at when we made the trip down to Florida. Petersons made arrangements for us to see the properties and several times devoted their entire days with us looking at the homes. We felt like we were their only concern, they made us feel like we were family.
We are enjoying our wonderful winter home thanks to the Petersons!

Robin had our home under contract in nine days! He is knowledgeable and professional. Obviously his marketing skills and connections are top-notch. Robin works closely with his wife, Terri, and they truly are a team. All questions were answered quickly. Prompt communication is essential when selling (or buying) your home. Their expert advice paid off in pricing and negotiating. Would highly recommend to anyone selling or buying a home.
