I'd been dreaming of my next home for years, saving and patiently waiting (sometimes impatiently) for the right time to began my search. After several years, I felt the time was right to start looking. I knew the kind of realtor I needed, but didn't know where to find him or her. I asked a long time friend if she knew of anyone and she immediately recommended Robin. After speaking with Robin the next day and checking out her Facebook page and LinkedIn profile, I could tell right away she was the perfect fit. I needed someone to guide me, but not push me through the process. That is exactly what Robin did. She was always supportive of me finding the perfect home for me, and not just selling a house. She was vested in the process and went over and above what a normal realtor does to make sure she provided me with all the tools and information I needed to reach a decision (and with me, that is not always easy). Buying a home can be an emotional and daunting process (especially in the year 2020)...and Robin rode the emotional roller coaster with me. She was very responsive to any inquiry I had about homes, neighborhoods, and helped me narrow down my search to a particular neighborhood. She provided research on the market trends and articles about possible neighborhoods I was considering. She helped me sort through what was most important to me when I wasn't always sure how they ranked. I never felt pushed to buy and Robin was always available night and day and weekends to show a home or just talk through my thoughts. She guided, but never pressured. I remember when I had put an offer on my now home and we were weeks into the process, another home popped up that I thought I might like better. Her response was..."Lets go see it". I honestly wasn't sure how she would respond when we had an offer the table, but what was most important to Robin more than anything was that I found the right home for me...not to just make a sale. It spoke volumes to her professionalism passion for what she does. I would highly recommend Robin to everyone who is starting down the path of buying a home... even if you're not quite ready and unsure...she won't push you through the process and always goes at your pace. Here it is Christmas Eve as I write this long overdue review and I've been in my home for almost two months now and couldn't be happier with my choice. I couldn't be more thankful for what Robin has done to help me find the perfect place to hang my hat. Not only was she the perfect realtor, she is now become a good friend.
