Husband-and-wife duo Robin and Regina Reaves created R & R Interior Design 365. The two met in college while working in a home decor store. After starting a family and raising two beautiful girls they decided to utilize their talents to help others beautify their homes. Robin and Regina have a vast amount of professional experience in real estate, property management, home insurance as well as interior design. What is even more impressive is their personal and relatable experiences from years of purchasing homes, selling homes, and interior designing their own homes. The foundation of their design is centered around three key principles. INSPIRE. DESIGN. CREATE.

Regina Reaves has over 15yrs of success in design and property management working with some of the biggest Real Estate Investment Trust in the country. She has held a regional position and managed over sixteen properties in the greater Charlotte area (Ballantyne, South Park, Huntersville, Matthews, Uptown Charlotte). This has allowed her to cultivate meaningful relationships with a variety of vendors.
Regina brings a different dynamic to interior design due to her ability to set expectations, manage timelines, coordinate with vendors, and speak their “language” when it comes to budgets and procedures. This level of expertise comes from designing and managing multi- million-dollar projects on a regular basis. Her level of professionalism, training and expertise allows her the vision to see the solution where others may see a problem. Regina’s design style and ability to transform spaces cannot be taught. It has been curated over years of experience both personal and professional. This is one of the qualities that makes her so relatable when clients meet her. Robin Reaves has a combined 14yrs in real estate and home/auto insurance. He has been recognized as a top real estate agent in his area with the largest real estate firm in the U.S. Mr. Reaves has also won multiple awards for being a distinguished performance manager in insurance with one of the top insurance providers in the world. These accolades speak to the quality, care, and concern that he brings to R & R Interior Design 365.
