Austin native Robin Rhoads real estate career thrives, in part, because she is fueled by a longtime passion for property investment and business development. After over a decade of success in driving business growth for multiple markets, Robin transferred her sales experience to the real estate market. Her natural ability to build relationships and generate leads gives her a sharp edge in connecting buyers and sellers and fostering smooth negotiations with other realtors. Robin has been named one of the top listing and leasing agents, Diamond Award recipient for exceeding goals in facilitating happy homeowners over the last 10 years, and was even awarded the Newcomer of the Year for the Top 50 Realtors in Austin in 2012 when she began her fulfilling career in real estate.

In her past life, Robin achieved the Publisher Award at the Austin American Statesman, Best Team Sales, Rising Star, and Top Performer in online and print media in the real estate market.

Prior to joining the team at Realty Austin REALTORS®, Robin has hands-on experience with short-term (STR) and long-term rental investments managing multiple properties on her own and with family. Her personal insight makes her a valuable asset to investors looking for significant return on investment. She also consulted for Cox Communications Real Estate department, managing marketing campaigns for business clients in the new home/resale residential real estate verticals.

Her experience as a born and raised true Austin unicorn gives her the advantage to navigate anywhere her sphere allows in Austin and surrounding areas in regards to zips, zones, communities, and neighborhoods.

Robin graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Corporate Communications and minored in Business Foundations. She is a licensed Texas Association of Realtors® (TAR), locally serving member of the Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR), as well as a member of the National Association of Realtors. Robin served previously as the Social Committee Member of the Austin Young Real Estate Professionals, Sales and Marketing Committee Member for the Home Builder Association, and Ambassador for the Austin Chamber of Commerce. She is a TRLP (Texas Realtor Leadership Program) Graduate with Austin Board in 2016. She also stays involved with local non-profits including Habitat for Humanity, Tree Folks, Austin Dog Rescue, and the American Diabetes Association.
