We entered the housing search with Robin during a Pandemic in a virtual house hunting market. We were able to discuss our individual and joint requirements with Robin and she used that information to help direct us to potential new homes. We felt very comfortable with Robin touring a home without us being physically present. No closet or drawer was left unopened and after the tour was complete, we felt like we had enough information to make an decision about the home. Robin had a simple saying that kept us focused, “If you don’t love it, let it go, it’s not for you”. Leaving no stone unturned in this challenging housing market Robin helped to investigate a new construction option before the builder had made the development publicly available. This early look allowed us to consider our options and make an informed decision. We highly recommend Robin and thank her for making this challenging process during a challenging time fun and informative.

Robin is very helpful, nice and easy to work with. She evaluates buyer's need properly and shows them relevant properties. She also provides valuable suggestions and works with a strategy to get the bid. She cares for client's need and treats them with respect.
