Robin has been working with us for over a year. She is incredibly kind and patient. We finally found a home that suited our needs and she has helped us close and always been responsive and receptive. Robin is honest, and treats you like you are part of her family. I would scream it from the mountaintops that she should be your top resource for homes in the area. If we ever need to sell/buy again she will be our first contact.

Robin did an amazing job on our last transaction together. At one point, she even dropped what she was doing to go show the customers a property at 7:00 pm without hesitation. It was nice to see an Agent that was willing to go above and beyond for no other reason than to ensure the customers were satisfied. It's nice to see that kind of dedication. Robin really works hard for her clients! She actually listens to her clients needs and will keep working with you until you find the right home! We looked at tons of homes until we found the right house for my family. She kept all my family members needs in mind when showing us homes.
When we sold our previous home through her she had marketed it perfectly! We followed some simple tips she gave us and my hub’s and I where definitely happy with the sale price we received! She helped us through what could have been a stressful situation with grace and ease!
If we ever move again she will definitely be my first call!

So thankful I found Robin to help me find my home, she was ready to show me homes anytime it was convenient for me, early mornings, after work late into the evening and weekends. It is not easy to find a home in Eugene but she stuck with me for about a year and I found a great home and I appreciate her so much. We happened across Robin at a house showing and described our experience to that date. Our current house was not in great shape for sale but to move we needed what Zillow suggested it was worth. Two agents had tried to lower our expectations. Robin suggested asking more than we needed and listed us. The house sold in four days! We have a number of cats and can't rent easily in an interim to a new home purchase and Robin arranged rental of our house from the buyer for the period. She then showed us houses we thought we could afford in a large radius from our home. When we found what we liked only seven miles away she helped us through the purchase. All the best things a realtor can do.

Robin sold my double wide trailer about a year-and-a-half ago she was fabulous always answered my phone calls my text messages she had multiple open houses was always there to answer questions was very knowledgeable of the area I was thrilled when it's sold and then just a month ago I had a small piece of land in Springfield that I put up for sale it was a difficult sale but Robin was on the ball all the time again gave me the best of service as if it was a very expensive piece of land put in lots and lots of hours we managed to sell it and I'm thrilled to have it done and over with I would recommend her to everyone she really truly cares about her clients

Robin helped us sell our home back in February 2020. Once listed we had multiple private showings and then 3 offers after our first and only open house. We were pending a week after being listed! Robin was professional, responsive, and quick to help us with all our questions and concerns as first time sellers. She guided us to the right buyer and everything went very smooth to closing. Our situation was also quite unique with my husband working out of state for the entire sale. We did several 3 way calls which helped me feel at ease throughout the process. Robin is very knowledgeable about the Eugene/Springfield housing market and I would recommend her to others in selling their home.

In regards to Robin, 5 stars on everything.
I just want to say, I was referred to Robin Troy by a friend of my daughter's and I'm glad I met her. Without her ib know i wouldn't have found the home i ended up buying. She's been the best and very accommodating. After I gave her a description of everything I wantedin a home for me she came through with lots of choices, but then I changed my mind 3 times but she was still there for me. She went above and beyond to make me happy. Drove me everywhere, was very accommodating and always in a cheerful mood. I am giving her an excellent rating in all aspects. She treated me like a good friend and I felt very much at ease with her too. In the end she found me a home that I adore, thanks to her perseverance and drive, she didn't give up on me.
