The 2017 global president of the CCIM Institute, Robin Webb is a principal and Managing Director of COMMERCIAL AMERICA Properties, a boutique advisory and investment brokerage firm based in Orlando, Florida.
Following the expiration of his agreement with a Florida based Commercial brokerage firm, he established the firm to handle the high-level investment needs of a select group of clients. Previously he was Managing Director for Coldwell Banker Commercial of Florida, responsible for leading 275 sales professionals, property management, and the administrative team throughout Florida. Robin served with that firm since merging his private firm into Prudential Florida Realty, the predecessor to CBCNRT, in 1991. He then invest five years as a Managing Member and partner of Realvest Equity Partners d/b/a NAI Realvest. Robin has been ranked in the Top 5 Investment Brokers in Central Florida and the top producer in the Southern Region by Prudential Real Estate. He is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) with over 38 years hotel experience. As veteran Consultant and Litigation supporter, Robin serves as an expert and receiver.
In 1997 Robin was president of the Florida CCIM Chapter & Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society. Robin was a recipient of the 1999 Hank Thompson Award for outstanding contribution to the Florida CCIM Chapter and in 1999, FAR Commercial Council Chairman. In 2002 & 2018 he was presented with the Wilbur Strickland Award for lifetime contribution to Commercial Real Estate. Also in 2002 he was Treasurer for CCIM Institute. He currently serves on the Board for the CCIM Institute, was the 2017 Institute President, past president CCIM Technologies, Inc., and past president of the CCIM Foundation. A Senior Instructor of the CCIM Institute, Robin is a former instructor for the Lorman Institute, and real estate instructor at the University of Central Florida. Robin’s achievements include the completion of the education for Certified Florida Appraiser, The Executive Series at Cornell University, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA), Certified Hotel Broker (CHB), Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB). He is a Hospitality Industry expert and an investment broker.
