I have bought and sold property in multiple states. I was a little concerned about the supposed stricter regulations in California.Robyn was able to answer many of my questions before I asked them. Robyn and I worked together on a property in Poway. She represented the buyer and right from the very beginning, Robyn was a great communicator. She made sure that her client met all deadlines and she stayed in touch with me every step of the way. When you get to do a real estate transaction with another real estate agent that really knows her stuff, is very responsive and communicative, is a great advisor to her clients and knows how to act in a very professional manner with everyone involved in the transaction, you breathe a sigh of relief because like in any business this isn't always the norm. I was the listing agent and Robyn was the buyers agent and she did a fabulous job throughout our escrow for her clients. From her initial call to her continuous follow up, she was 5 STARS all the way through.
