Robyn is the consummate agent. She makes sure she really understands what you want. She projects all the qualities above but also has strong IT abilities that aid in the search. We were on the buying end and were amazed at Robyn's total recall of each property we saw as well as her ability to do a talking comparison of one to the other. She goes over and above making sure that you have seen and even seen again whatever you think might be for you. But, the best part is she never pushes for she realizes the customer has the final word and pushing can be the ultimate turn off. I cannot praise her work ethic enough. Ask for Robyn Roberts and you are getting the best.

She took a property that I could not sell for 10 years and sold it within two months.I will recommend her to anyone selling any type of residential or commercial real estate she is really tops in her field. Robyn is extremely professional and personable. She also goes out of her way for all of her clients. We reached out to Robyn to help us find a rental property. However the renters where in a difficult situation making this a hard rental to find. I cant not say enough great things about how she was totally on board and never gave up on her clients. Robin was a very good realtor to help sell by home and to so helpful to the buyer since she was representing both buyer and seller. PROS: Explained all the paperwork thoroughly, answered any questions we had and if she didn't know the answer she called us later with the answer, she answered all telephone calls in a timely manner and made several trips to the home since I am disabled and have a hard time getting out and around. Robin offered several suggestions to make the home more attractive to possible buyers. Robing was always on time for showings and when she was going to be coming to the house to pick up paperwork. I would highly recommend her to any seller or buyer. CONS: Robin has a tendency to talk a little fast but all you have to do is tell her to slow down. In reality, she was the best realtor I have had and I have had several through the homes I had purchased in the past.
