Rocio Garcia

Rocio attended San Jose State and graduated with a degree in Business Management (Corporate Financial Management). Rocio also obtained her Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts-Sociology with a Social Science Emphasis.

Rocio enjoys working with sellers and buyers in San Benito, Santa Cruz, Monterey and Santa Clara Counties. She works efficiently to meet the needs of her clients by providing a professional service in a pleasant setting. Rocio’s priority is you, the client, and being able to create an environment of trust and respect with open communication.

Her focus is putting her clients best interest first in order to build a long-term relationship. Rocio makes buying and selling your home an enjoyable experience to help buyers and sellers reach their goals.

On her spare time, Rocio likes spending time with her family, and living an active healthy lifestyle. She follows the financial markets closely in order to properly serve her clients. In addition, she is a strong supporter of public safety and other local agencies in the community.
