Rockey is an excellent real estate agent! I've worked with him several times over the years and he's a savvy negotiator, extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, and works really hard to get his clients a positive result. I highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling real estate in the metro Atlanta area.

Rockey Fields made buying my first home so easy. I found out about Mr. Fields through my mortgage lender, and I am so glad to have worked with him. I started my home search in October and Mr. Fields took me all over the Atlanta area to find a home. He also taught me to look deeper into each home I saw. He isn't trying to make quick money, Rockey truly wanted me to make the best financial decision for my situation. I am a divorced educator in my late 40s and this was my first time buying a home. Mr. Fields would point out potential big ticket maintenance/repair items. For instance, he brought it to my attention when one home did not have double pained windows and that it would be a nightmare utility wise. He also pointed out in another home when one of the trees was leaning toward the house and that it could be a problem when looking for home insurance. He also noted when one home looked to have water damage that was painted over with a very old AC unit. In October 2024, I put in a contract for a 3 bedroom townhome. The deal fell through and I was distraught. I called him sobbing stating that I wanted to give up and that I would be renting for at least another 3 years. He told me that it would be alright, that I would be a homeowner and to just keep the faith. The next day he called me to check on me and I let him know that I was going to take a break from home searching and reevaluate my finances. He told me that he understood and that he would be there when I was ready. Again, Rockey was very kind and understanding. He really was concerned about me. He called to check on me in February and I let him know that I would probably be ready to start the search again in April 2025. He then gave me some new areas to look into. Yesterday, I closed on an updated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 4-sided brick, single-family home with a much better interest rate from the previous townhouse! Rockey was so kind, compassionate, thorough and professional. He truly treats his clients like family. Give Rockey and his team a call and you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Rockey as our agent. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and patient with our questions. I had no anxiety about having him as our champion in negotiations, and he put our minds at ease, even in the stressful moving process.
