We were selling my Aunt’s home in Oregon and I live in Maryland. Rocklan first provided a detailed comparison of her home to others in the area on which we based our asking price. He helped guide me through needed repairs before listing. wisely he recommended we do a home inspection which revealed a few new issues that would have come up later that we could fix before listing. One open house led to two interested parties and one bought the house. Home inspection by the buyer revealed no new problems. The home was appraised at our asking price. The whole process from signing a contract and closing was a few days over 10 weeks. Rocklan was able to recommend roofer, painter, electrician, plumber, and estate sale company all of whom were superior professionals.
