Rod Blake

Roderyck (Rod) Blake is WFC's principal broker and consultant. Blake has extensive public and private management and development experience throughout the United States. Since 1997, Blake has led numerous multimillion dollar developments for the Taubman Company, www.taubman.com, and General Growth Properties, www.ggp.com. Prior to Taubman and General Growth, he served for nearly eight years as an Assistant to the Mayor and then Chief Assistant to the Director of Public Works and Services in Pontiac, Michigan. He coordinated millions in state and federal funds for land acquisition and road improvement projects. He also led all real estate acquisitions and sale of surplus property for these projects, directed appraisers, consultants and attorneys in all phases including condemnation. In addition, Blake coordinated the land acquisition for the redevelopment of the City’s golf course to reconfigure the clubhouse and add 300 attached and detached condominiums. Blake is the former chairman of Pontiac's Downtown Development Authority.
