Rod Jacobson

Originally from Eugene, Oregon, I graduated with a degree in electrical engineering from the University of New Mexico. After working for eight years as an electro-optical engineer, I started building my own computer business. Being an entrepreneur gave me the flexibility to be a full-time parent while raising my daughter. Twenty five years ago, we moved to Central Oregon - a community quite different from today. Bend has changed as rapidly as the computer industry. I continue to make the most of what Central Oregon has to offer in the way of mountain biking, snowboarding, backpacking, rock climbing and mountain climbing. My current interests include tending my vineyard, beekeeping and ballroom dancing, where I met my wife Vanessa. I am now immersed in the eighth year of my third career in real estate. My love of learning and tackling new challenges allows me to embrace this career with all the passion of my previous endeavors. With technology becoming increasingly more important in the Real Estate world, my computer and engineering backgrounds give me a leg up. I sincerely enjoy helping people and will be just as responsive in meeting my future client's home buying and selling needs as I have been in meeting my past client's computer needs. As my computer clients will attest, Some still with me for up to 25 years, integrity, customer service and satisfaction are my highest priorities.
