In my experience with Rod Riehl I can just say he's become more than a realtor to me. He's a friend. This guy not only goes above and beyond, but he goes to the extreme. He will help in every way he can. I had questions on how I should present the house for my showing and he gave me advice that got me well over market value. He's a true professional. I'm not only happy that he came to me to help me out. But i'm truly in his debt for helping me out of a tight situation. If there is a realtor to recommend I would recommend it would be Rod Riehl hands down. If you want a great experience selling your home go no further. Please take my word for it. Rod was great to work with! He took extra time and care to help me find my dream first home! He had my best interest in mind the whole time and helped maneuver some tricky COVID moving situations with ease. Hopefully I'm not moving soon, but if I do I'll be glad to have Rod help me again!
