About Rod

As broker and co-owner of Metcalf Land Company, Rod Rogers has over 22 years of experience selling all types of land. He first began his real estate career in 1999 after serving 10 years on active duty with the United States Navy. Rod holds the esteemed Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation awarded through the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI) and is the past president of the S.C. REALTORS® Land Institute. In 2013 he received SC/NC RLI’s Land REALTOR® OF THE YEAR award.
Rod currently serves on the Spartanburg board of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and teaches an adult Bible Fellowship class at First Baptist North Spartanburg. He is married to Miranda, and they have three boys, Ryan, Alex, and Nicholas.
