Rodney was recommended to me by a friend whom has bought and sold a few houses with Rodney. Upon selecting Rodney to sell our house, he made an appointment with my wife and I to stop by and see the property. Rodney gave us suggestions to help sell our house as quickly as possible, such as painting, cleaning the base boards, and even down to the small details like playing jazz on the TV's while the house was being shown. If you are looking for a realtor I highly highly recommend Rodney. The one KEY point if you are selling LISTEN TO HIM. He made some suggestions that we may want to try i.e. painting inside a neutral color - ours was a professional designer palette in the bedrooms and I thought it looked fine but we respected his suggestion and did it. Then he went the extra step and hired a professional photographer who made the house look great. We went into contract the first day of showing.
