Rod did a fantastic job with selling our home and I would recommend him highly. He had recently sold other homes for top-dollar in our neighborhood and did the same for us. He gave us great advice on last minute, small, inexpensive updates to our home to get it ready to show. He confidently presented us with his recommendation for the selling price and we actually got over what we asked for. He was prompt with responses to our inquiries and always courteous. We will be calling Rod whenever we are ready to sell again.

Rodney Coty was not only timely in his response to me about a listed rental property, he was also very professional and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the property and answered all of my questions. The property manager is also extremely professional and takes care of issues in a very timely manner. At the beginning of summer, my A/C went out and he had it fixed within the hour and also replaced the hot water heater in a timely manner. Trees have been trimmed, landscapers are here every week to ensure exterior cleanliness, pest control is done as needed, not to mention the newly remodeled triplex is perfectly located in the heart of downtown Phoenix. I would highly recommend Rodney Coty for any of your home searching needs!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Rodney and the HomeSmart team on two rental property sales. Both could not have gone any better! Rodney is extremely knowledgeable on all facets of the RE process: market valuations, buyer trends, contractor connections, communication to both buyer and seller, and he works non stop until the property gets sold. Rodney specializes in doing remodel resales and is more hands on and helpful than any realtor I’ve ever worked with. He views each RE opportunity as a partnership, and his involvement brings out the best possible outcome for his clients. I would not use any other realtor for any type of RE need. He is very calm and highly professional but doesn't forget the human aspect of daily interactions. Rodney was great to work with and helped me find the perfect house well below the listing price. Even after closing, I had some issues with the roof that the inspector missed and Rodney worked diligently with the roofer to get them fixed on my behalf. I personally work in Real Estate Finance and have never worked with an Agent that went so far above and beyond for a Client. I now have a Realtor for life and would recommend Rodney to anybody looking to buy or sell a home.
