10/10. Rodney helped me secure my first home. He asked and listened to what I was looking for. He curated a portfolio of properties to look at DAILY so we didn’t waste any opportunities. He implied his expertise and after a while was able to tell if a home was what I’d be interested in before I even got to the property. What I appreciated the most out of Rodney was how easy he made the buying process. It was a crazy time to buy and he drew up many proposals in a hectic and fast-paced market. When the dust settled I was left with an amazing home with a great rate.
