Rodney was awesome; he gave me good advice from start to finish. He went above and beyond the call of duty, he has a Whatever it Takes Attitude. Even when I got a little stressed out, he had a pretty mellow attitude to calm me down, and help me put things back into perspective. While I was out of the country for 9 days, he was able to find me a contractor to make my repairs from the inspection list, so that I could stay on target with my close date. I have nothing but great things to say about him, any prospective buyer or seller would be lucky to have him on their team. He is a real SUPERSTAR!!!Less Crystal Styles

My wife and I moved from Ohio to Indiana and was looking to rent a house. We called all different realtor groups and went through about 10 because they didn't want to show rental properties due to a very low commission. We were getting so frustrated until we found Rodney Smith with Prudential real estate. He first showed us the city and all the hot spots in a 30 mile radius from downtown Indianapolis. Then he sat down with us over lunch to show us all the rental properties in our ideal locations. Rodney went through a variety of housing options, even opening our eyes to special loans we could qualify for that would allow us to purchase vs rent a home. We ended up finding a house we loved in our time crunch of 2 visits to the city and Rodney kicked it into overdrive and made the deal happen in under 24 hours. He was a great person to have on our side through this whole process. He took us on from the start knowing we wanted to rent (even though his commission would be low) to helping us buy our first home. He has made our family's move to Indiana very smooth and easy. Still to this day he gives us updates on what properties are doing in our surrounding areas. Rodney also stopped by our house after we moved in to see how everything was going and if we needed anything ...after he left, we knew we had made the right selection with our realtor! Helped me buy a Fannie Mae thats a awful experience but he helped me throughout the whole process.
