I've written reviews for Roger and Christal before but BOUGHT AND SOLD ANOTHER TWO HOUSES with them so figured I could write another--we are up to 11 transactions with Roger and Christal. They are the only ones we trust with any real estate transactions.

Roger and Christal are unique in their listening skills, their tireless searches and their commitment to the "long game" with you as a client. Their advice is aimed at taking care of you as though you were/are a friend and their work as if they will stake their reputations on.

I continue to be surprised by all of the nuances of buying and selling real estate. I am pleased to be represented by Roger and Christal and find their knowledge supersedes other agents. In fact, they are highly regarded in the community which also serves to the seller's and buyer's advantage.

David and I have know Roger for many years! We used to be neighbors! So there was no question who we wanted to sell our home! Crystal gave us some great advice on how to spruce up the ole home place. They limited the house on a Thursday and we were under contract by Saturday! There were a few bumps along the way but Roger handled them wonderfully and even worked on their vacation! We are a military family that was relocating from the West coast to Kentucky. After researching realtors in the Lexington area, we reached out to Roger. We had 5 months before we could actually purchase a home, but Roger still treated us like we were ready to make a purchase. He showed us multiple homes so we could get an idea of the area and type of home we wanted. Roger was very professional, patient and gave us his honest opinions when we asked.

We ended up purchasing our dream home in June and Roger was by our side through each step of the process. Roger went out of his way on multiple occasions to make sure everything went smoothly, even giving us a ride to the airport so we didn't have to take a Taxi. I am a veteran Me and my family were selling our house to go to my last duty station before I retired Time was of the essence
We hit untimely potentially major issues when we were set on a sell date From, the upstairs AC going out within a week of posting home to the new WATER LEAK in the fromt yard

Of course, These issues could have postponed our much needed sell or evn kill it for the time being Me and my wife were very worried about these issues.
However, Christal never seemed bothered and was also very encouraging to us, which was very refreshing Furthermore, She confidently gave several spot on solutions for each issue that we had. Ahe had all of the answers She answered every call and provided the potential profit of the sale within $2000 on a 6 figure return!
Everything worked out and we sold within a week!
Yes, Christal made what seemed unlikely to happen HAPPEN!

Her agency that she and her husband run are very professional all the way down to the excellent sign in the front yard. At times, I would wake up to emails that she sent out after midnight She truly worked very hard for us and me and my family appreciate her greatly!
