Roger was referred to my mother and I from a local friend/realtor when we lived in Alexandria. We were planning to move to Norfolk with no knowledge really of the area at all. Roger was amazing at listening to our needs, took time to listen and learn our personalities and needs, and went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule for our search for a forever home in the area. We spent a weekend looking at properties, but our heart was sold on one. We had unique circumstances, we were selling our home, using funds from that to buy, and things got tight for a minute there. The home we loved, was a foreclosure listed by the VA. Roger used his prior experience and knowledge with this type of property to navigate the sale, and managed to keep my anxiety in check and got the deal done! He handled it all without getting the least bit concerned, was reassuring and determined, and we couldn’t be any happier! He’s not just our realtor, he’s our only friend here in the area now and has continued to be helpful with recommendations and referrals for services and will be a friend for life.

Roger goes above an beyond to ensure you have a positive experience. He is solution driven and ensure with each contact if there is an issue, there is a solution or work around. Hands down highly recommended. If you are not using him to purchase a home, you are missing out. Thank you Roger for workinf your magic so my family did not have to spend Christmas in a hotel.

This experience was scary and intimidating at times. But Roger Lee assured us that he was with us every step of the way. Literally, we would be looking at homes until 9pm some nights. He was always available without complaints. Thank you so much for your professionalism as well as knowledge when it came to our needs versus wants.
