After my initial meeting with Rodger, it was clear he was my better choice to represent me as the seller. Previously I had spoken with a few other interested agents, but it seemed they only wanted to get my listing and do minimal work afterward. Rodger, on the other hand, presented me with options and strategies. From the start of our relationship, he was busy doing the work that delivered a full-price offer in one week! His efforts and expertise resulted in me having a positive experience with him, so I am comfortable recommending him to anyone that needs a professional real estate agent.

We worked with Roger to find a rental when relocating from Michigan to DC. I happened upon him through a posting, and am so glad I did! Roger really heard our interests and was able to recommend options based on our (many) requirements. When I came for a quick visit to see properties, he helped make efficient use of my time here to see several options. While we didn't decide on a place while I was here, he provided top notch services once I returned to Michigan. He took us on virtual tours, coordinated with listing agents, and saw us all the way through receiving our keys on the day of our move. We will absolutely work with Roger next time we move and when we're eventually ready to buy a home. I highly recommend Roger!
