Roger moved to the Spokane area from Richland, Washington in 1980, graduated from Eastern Washington University (BA/Marketing) and never left. This community has provided him with numerous business opportunities including Account Manager positions with Nabisco and M&M/Mars, VP of Sales and Marketing with an educational software company, owner of 2 small businesses, Dream Dinners in the Valley and Autumn Seeds, and finally a Real Estate Professional with Windermere Valley.
He understands the importance of customer service and bring that attitude to each transaction, large or small. If they need a lender, electrician, plumber, general contractor, landscaper, or designer he can make sure her clients well cared for. Just give him a chance to earn their business and he will make sure his clients won't be disappointed.
His family consists of his wife Beth (Pharmaceutical Representative), and four daughters:
Kelsie Herda, married to Kris Herda, (Graduated from East Valley in 2005, attended EWU and received her degree in Education in 2010 and currently teaching in Spokane at Stevens Elementary),
Kylee Spores (Graduated from East Valley in 2007 as a 3-sport athlete: soccer, basketball, and track, played soccer and basketball for North Idaho College, and graduated from EWU), currently working for DWS in Spokane, recently married to Curtis Spores.

Sammie Ragan (graduated from EV in 2010 as a 2-sport athlete: basketball and golf, just graduated from EWU) working at the Spokane Sports Commission, recently married to Trevor Ragan.
If his clients are wondering why the years don't add up it's because he lost his first wife (mother of Kelsie and Kylee) to Breast Cancer in 1995. His family is now involved in numerous activities to support Breast Cancer including, Relay-For-Life and the Danskin Tri-Athalon. His Church Family at New Hope Christian Center is also a particularly important part of our life.
