It was a pleasure working with Rolando. My husband and I are wholeheartedly grateful that we were able to work with him in purchasing our first home. Initially we were nervous about the process. The cost of housing is high and so is the demand for purchasing. Rolando always maintained a very calm and comforting demeanor that made our nerves go away and truly enjoy the search for our home. We had several fallen opportunities but Rolando was always very optimistic and assured us it was all part of the process. He was very flexible in scheduling and accompanying us to see several different properties. He provided his expertise and insight and represented us in the best possible way securing us an offer acceptance. This ultimately led to the home we recently purchased. We could not be more excited because just as Rolando had advised we were able to find a home the was perfect for us, it met our needs and fit within our budget. We cannot recommend him enough, truly a trustworthy and knowledgeable person in his field.

After going through 3 real estate agents that never believe in us to ever purchase a home we fond Rolando. Our agent Rolando went above and beyond, he listened to our needs and wants. Never once was he pushy to put in a offer. We never felt pressured, he is family oriented. He made us feel like family keep good interest in our behalf. He was able to negotiate house price and fees. Working with Rolando was the best experience for our family as first time buyers. He understood what we were looking for and never pressured us into buying something we weren't comfortable with. He gave his insight on what was best and if it was worth it or not. If we didn't get a house, he would always tell us there was something better for us and there was!
