About Ron
Ron joined Scott Brown Commercial in 2004 with 23 years’ experience in the Dallas / Fort Worth market in project leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, and development. In 1980, Ron received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Political Science. Upon graduation, Ron became the Executive Vice President and Director of Marketing for Midway Development Company.
After nine years at Midway, Ron went on to become the Vice President of WB Realty Partners, overseeing the leasing over 4 million square feet of office and industrial product and sales/development of 1,600 acres of land. In 1991, Ron became President of the Bullock Company, specializing in exclusive tenant representation, investment sales, and development consulting until 1997. Ron then joined Wilcox Realty Group where he was responsible for the leasing of over 8.5 million square feet of industrial space, including the 6.5 million square foot Meridian Industrial Trust portfolio.
Some of Ron’s recent clients include Sears Roebuck and Company, 280,000 SF (multiple transactions); North Pole USA, 295,000 SF; Nature’s Formula, 258,000 SF (multiple transactions); Herman Miller, Inc., 52,000 SF; Airborne Freight Corp., 48,000 SF; Chep USA, 260,000 SF; GATX Logistics, 375,000 SF (multiple transactions); Exel Logistics, 100,000 SF.
