Hello, I'm Ron Contreras. As a proud father of three and a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, I served honorably from 1993 to 1997. My journey in the real estate industry began in 2000 when I started working on home loans. Throughout my career, I've worked with several esteemed institutions, including Countrywide Home Loans, First Horizon Bank, U.S. Bank, and MetLife Home Loans, where I gained invaluable experience in the field.

In 2018, I took a significant step in my career by becoming a licensed Broker and opening my brokerage. My mission has always been to enhance transparency for clients selling their homes. With the recent introduction of a new rule eliminating sellers' need to pay a buyer's agent commission, I saw a unique opportunity to implement a flat fee structure for home sales. This approach means no percentage points—sellers pay a fixed fee regardless of their home's sale price, simplifying the process and fostering clarity.
