Amazing experience! We have been thinking about moving to the Atlanta area for years and we were blessed enough to have found Ron by pure chance over a year and a half ago. I say blessed because he was patient, reliable, and professional while we made up our mind about the move. He showed us around and his positive attitude and friendly disposition made our decision easy. He showed us around PTC and we fell in love. We just closed on our dream home!! He is honest and it made us feel like we had a friend looking out for us. We would and have recommended him to family and friends. Feel at ease in knowing that he is the best realtor around and that you have someone looking out for you and your family!

Patience, motivation, understanding, and friendly. Ron Dawson is by far the best realtor I’ve ever worked with and the knowledge he shared with us will last a lifetime! He helped us find EXACTLY what we were looking for in a house. We provided him with a list of our requirements: 4 bedrooms, within our price range, and Fayetteville county school district. He found us everything on that list and more. The home was amazing. 4 beautiful bedrooms, large yard for our dog and children, fayette county school zone, and right in the middle of our price range. He then further assisted us with knowing the right people for the home inspection, the home insurance (his prices were untouchable by anyone else), and even the lender to provide the loan. Ron never lied to us of gave false information. He held up everything he said he would do! If you are looking for property, please, use Ron... he will not let you down!
