10/27/2014 - ravenjasmine81 Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $150K in Pooler, GA. Ron made the entire process of selling our home-- from prepping, listing, and dealing with showings to handling multiple contract negotiations smooth and as painless as possible. He was EXTREMELY responsive and immediately returned all my many emails, texts, and phone calls. If he didn't have the info I needed, he got it--and was overall very helpful and knowledgeable about the entire process. One final note: the first showing for our house was scheduled in less than an hour after the MLS listing went up, and an accepted offer was finalized after 11 days on the market. Ron and his entire team were efficient, professional, and extremely FAST!
