It has been six years now since Ron sold me my first home. I have been meaning to write a review, but I could never find the words to express what I thought about him. In short I couldn't be happier!! However, the long story is what follows.... I wanted to learn and understand more about the real-estate business, so I had enrolled in a class to learn to become one. However, realizing it was not for me I did learn a great deal of what is involved. There was a term that really interested me in and stood out in the course, "fiduciary." If you are not familiar the term's definition is "involving trust, especially with regard to the relationship between a trustee and a beneficiary." I really liked the sound of the word, it had a significance and weight to it.

Ron, and the way he handles both himself, his character and his business embodies this. Both Ron and his wife Claudia have been nothing but family to me these past few years and I am truly grateful for him. He has always offered advice and has always been there for me even all these years later after the sale of my first home. No rating system can truly embody what Ron has done for me. I recommend him totally to anyone who is not only looking to buy such a life changing purchase, but for anyone who is looking for a good and honest man of morals, integrity, and character.

Ron is an absolutely amazing realtor and person. He worked patiently with us and ironically -- we purchased the 1st house he showed us - the one he said I have a house that I think would work for you. We should have listened to him and went with it but typical buyers we had to see everything that was out there . With his years of experience - he was in tune with what we were looking for. On top of that -- we had more than a few bumps in the road with the mortgage company and closer which could have been a disaster since we were not local. He worked endlessly communicating with those businesses to make sure they moved the process along (which at some points seemed impossible) and finally -- we closed on 1/31. Thank you Ron for all your hard work. If you are looking for someone to work who goes above and beyond -- Ron is the person for you!!

I don't think there is enough room to document the exceptional experience i had with Ron. I was an out of state seller. My mother lived in Florida, and I live 700 miles away. When my mother died, I was looking for a realtor to sell her house. The house was in extreme disrepair. I sent him keys, but they didn't work. No worries because Ron had a locksmith there right away. After looking through the house Ron moved into high gear coordinating the complete renovation from start to finish. I put my trust in this man that I had met only once before. He had the contacts in the home repair field to do everything. This house as I said was horrendous. A complete renovation was done supervised by Ron. I had security cameras installed by Ron lol. I received notifications EVERYDAY and everyday Ron was in those pictures supervising the contractors work and negotiating the best price. He picked up materials for the repairs and delivered them to the job site. I had a dollar figure in my head that I didn't want to go over. We went over but the house needed the work and Ron assured me that a quality renovation would sell quickly and bring top dollar. Well, he was right Ron sold the house himself to a buyer that paid top dollar and all cash that settled in three weeks. Ron communicated with me daily by phone and texts giving me updates. I gave this man cart blanche on EVERTHING. He decided what to do and how it would be done from complete kitchen and bathroom renovations to the color of the interior and exterior paint and the flooring. I feel extremely lucky to have stumbled upon such a hardworking, trustworthy, and knowledgeable realtor. This is a very long review and I have left out way more than I want. Ron is a superstar in my book, and I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone that is looking for a realtor you can trust. Many thanks Ron, you blew me away with everything you did.
